Fantastic house in the gorgeous village of Stoke Fleming. Steph was really helpful giving us great instructions for our arrival and where to eat etc. the pictures of the house do not do it justice. The views from both the lounge and bedroom balcony are amazing. The location is quiet and peaceful but you can walk to the pub and there's a large Supermarket a couple of minutes drive away. The nearest beach is Blackpool Sands which does great food but is not dog friendly during high season. However, Slapton Sands is a few minutes further on in the car and dogs are welcome. Would definitely recommend this great house. Thank you Steph!

What a little slice of heaven! Such a wonderful spot to explore Dartmouth and Stoke Fleming! Steph was incredibly helpful and had many suggestions for restaurants and things to do. The cottage was clean and comfortable. Waking up to the gorgeous views was priceless! Thank you, Steph for the perfect get-away!

Lovely house with some beautiful views; loved having a morning coffee on the balcony off the primary bedroom looking out to sea. The house is well-decorated and easily accommodated 5 of us as well as our dog (we appreciated the fact that a dog crate and blankets were provided). A real bonus to have two allocated parking spaces too. It's a short stroll into the heart of the village of Stoke Fleming; the Green Dragon pub is very welcoming and Kendrick's (previously Radius 7) did some nice takeaway coffees too.

What a great experience! The property is absolutely stunning - the bedrooms were beautifully made, the living space was clean & the bathrooms are modern and squeaky clean! Steph is a wonderful host - who gave us really clear instructions & so so so many amazing recommendations for food and activities. It was really above and beyond! Steph was great from the moment of booking to check out. Really helpful, friendly and was super flexible with our check-in needs. The place it self is stunning. Very spacious and modern with all the things you could ever need. Nestled away in a nice quiet location, perfect after a day spent exploring. I would definetely recommend!

lovely clean, spacious and modern house with enclosed garden for the dog. EV charger was essential for us and worked perfectly. 5 mins drive from Dartmouth, 20 or 30 mins walk to nearest beach. the location worked great for exploring the coastal paths of beautiful Devon. full sky TV in every room is a nice touch for when you need some downtime. All in all a great stay in a great house in a great area. GREAT in everyway!! thankyou

A well situated house in easy reach of Dartmouth. Excellent walking along many costal paths. Spectacular sea views from the house. House is beautifully furnished and well equipped.

We spent 6 nights here and suffice to say: we are already looking to rebook. It is just fantastic - so spacious, light, immaculately clean, super comfortable - everything is great quality and the bedrooms/bathrooms are boutique hotel style - quiet and relaxing, and in a perfect location to explore Dartmouth and the glorious coastline. There were just two of us and the dog, so we had tons of room, but this would also be fab for a larger party. Steph is the perfect host - great communication, lots of really useful tips on eating out etc. A superbly and instantly relaxing holiday house, with everything you need for a great holiday. We loved it.

Absolute gem of a property - super quiet - great garden with sun all day and view of the sea. Fully kittted out kitchen with everything you could need - nice touches like coffee machine and toiletries provided - everything spotless and new. Easy check in. We absolutely loved our stay - thank you!

Lovely house, even better than the photos! Great location, just a drive away from Dartmouth and some really pretty beaches. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Dartmouth. The host was also great as she was super responsive and gave us lots of really helpful information.

Really incredible house to stay in! Wonderful quality of accommodation and in a great location for access to Dartmouth (5 min drive/15 mins on the bus/£8 taxi ride/1.5 hour walk via the coast). We spent time in Dartmouth which is a wonderful and quaint seaside/riverside town. It's a charming place, with lots of independent shops and a friendly atmosphere. Stole Fleming has a great little pub - the Green Dragon and a nice restaurant - Radius 7 and a village shop as well. Walking around the village is a little tricky, due to lack of footpaths, but if you find the nature trail walk next to the pub back to the house - it's a great longcut home! Blackpool Sands is a nice beach along the coast from Stoke Fleming, which you can walk to or get the bus (number 3 to Plymouth). There's a cafe there, which is quite pricey - so you might want to take a picnic. The property is incredible, such high quality accommodation, which has been well look after and has a very high quality of living. It offers so much and we found ourselves spending lots of time enjoying the accommodation. The only comment would be is the third bedroom is a tad on the small side in relation to the others, the owners are flexible on the bed arrangement, so there might be a better way of doing it, but with 6 adults, we asked for a double and it took up most of the room - just something to be aware of! Had a fab time staying at this great house with fab views

Lovely modern house easily suitable for 6 adults. High quality fixtures, fittings and furnishings. Spotlessly clean. Wide sea views from main bedroom and garden - take binoculars, container and cruise ships often pass by. Friendly quiet neighbours. Village shop and pub short walk away but pub has parking if you prefer. Plenty of options for dog (or human) walks straight from the house - you can walk to Blackpool Sands (beach is actually small pebbles not sand) via footpaths and a quiet lane. Beach has a family and dog friendly cafe and take away and well stocked beach shop. House is on a fairly quiet road approximately 75 yards into Stoke Fleming village but only 5-10 minutes drive to supermarkets or centre of Dartmouth where there is a great range of shops, cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants - beware fixed speed camera half way down the hill!

100% recommended!! The property was lovely, very clean and nicely decorated! We had everything we need it for the 4 nights we stayed. Very spacious rooms and enough space for everyone. Dartmouth it’s just 4 minutes drive and a lovely 50min walk. Lovely beach nearby as well with a cafe with nice food. Steph was very quick to respond to my questions as well and recommended very nice places around. I would definitely want to come back! Thank you!

Amazing property, amazing views and fantastic host.

We booked this lovely house at very reasonable price. The house is a sea front and the view from the bedroom was a breath taking view. It is spacious house and we got really impressed by the interiors .Besides the comfortable beds the whole area is beautiful ,sandy beach only 3min drive. We really recommend this place.

We loved staying in this house, it was so peaceful, we had everything we needed and more. Its an outstanding area with beautiful coastal walks, local pub and restaurant a short walk away which we can highly recommend. Close enough to get to Dartmouth easily and far enough out to escape the hubbub. We will definitely be returning.
