We hope you enjoy our beautiful 3 bedroom cottage just as much as we do. We have taken care to fill it with everything you need for your holiday, from towels to coffee maker, broadband & sky TV to washer drier. With 2 parking spaces including an electric vehicle charging point.
Away from the hustle and bustle of Dartmouth, this is our peaceful spot to sit back and enjoy the sea views.
Well behaved dogs are welcome but please be aware that the garden is not dog secure and we would request that dogs are not permitted on the furniture or upstairs.
Downstairs
We have a bright open plan lounge/diner/kitchen, furnished with 2 sofas, dining table, bookcase with a selection of books and family games available for your enjoyment. The large TV with sky package including sports, films & Netflix. The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee maker.
Patio doors open onto the garden with outdoor seating area, table with 6 chairs and sea views.
The small bedroom has a trundle bed, this can be used as one single bed, 2 single beds or as a double, just be sure to let us know what your requirements are. The WC has the addition of a washer dryer.
Upstairs
The main bedroom is a beautiful large sunny room, furnished with King size bed, dressing table, bedside drawers, hanging rails, chair with footstool and TV, with its own private balcony with sea views and an ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 2 is a large double room, double bed, large chest of drawers, hanging rails, stool and TV.
Small 3rd bedroom is furnished with a trundle bed, can be used as a single, twin beds or a double,
The family bathroom, with bath & shower over.
We are situated between the delightful village of Stoke Fleming and the historic harbour town of Dartmouth
Outside
Parking for 2 cars, one with an electric vehicle charging point. The footpath leads to the front door and the wrap around garden with a large grassed area and patio with garden furniture and sea views and access to the lounge via patio doors.
