Fantastic house in the gorgeous village of Stoke Fleming. Steph was really helpful giving us great instructions for our arrival and where to eat etc. the pictures of the house do not do it justice. The views from both the lounge and bedroom balcony are amazing. The location is quiet and peaceful but you can walk to the pub and there's a large Supermarket a couple of minutes drive away. The nearest beach is Blackpool Sands which does great food but is not dog friendly during high season. However, Slapton Sands is a few minutes further on in the car and dogs are welcome. Would definitely recommend this great house. Thank you Steph!

What a little slice of heaven! Such a wonderful spot to explore Dartmouth and Stoke Fleming! Steph was incredibly helpful and had many suggestions for restaurants and things to do. The cottage was clean and comfortable. Waking up to the gorgeous views was priceless! Thank you, Steph for the perfect get-away!

Lovely house with some beautiful views; loved having a morning coffee on the balcony off the primary bedroom looking out to sea. The house is well-decorated and easily accommodated 5 of us as well as our dog (we appreciated the fact that a dog crate and blankets were provided). A real bonus to have two allocated parking spaces too. It's a short stroll into the heart of the village of Stoke Fleming; the Green Dragon pub is very welcoming and Kendrick's (previously Radius 7) did some nice takeaway coffees too.

What a great experience! The property is absolutely stunning - the bedrooms were beautifully made, the living space was clean & the bathrooms are modern and squeaky clean! Steph is a wonderful host - who gave us really clear instructions & so so so many amazing recommendations for food and activities. It was really above and beyond! Thanks so much and we will definitely be back again!

Steph was great from the moment of booking to check out. Really helpful, friendly and was super flexible with our check-in needs. The place it self is stunning. Very spacious and modern with all the things you could ever need. Nestled away in a nice quiet location, perfect after a day spent exploring. I would definetely recommend!

lovely clean, spacious and modern house with enclosed garden for the dog. EV charger was essential for us and worked perfectly. 5 mins drive from Dartmouth, 20 or 30 mins walk to nearest beach. the location worked great for exploring the coastal paths of beautiful Devon. full sky TV in every room is a nice touch for when you need some downtime. All in all a great stay in a great house in a great area. GREAT in everyway!! thankyou
